Abstract. In recent years, with the rapid development of modern agriculture in China and the continuous acceleration of maize industrialization, the planting area of maize in spring sowing area is constantly improving, and the area of seed production is also expanding. However, while the area of spring sowing corn seed production continues to expand, the phenomenon of unqualified seed quality, yield reduction and even no harvest caused by improper seed production technology and cultivation management occurs from time to time, which is bound to bring serious economic losses to seed production units and …

Abstract.Performance based seismic design (PBSD) method is a frontier subject in the field of seismic engineering in recent years. Compared with the traditional code based design method, PBSD pays more attention to the actual performance of the structure under earthquake action. By discussing the application status and development trend of PBSD method, this paper summarizes its advantages in seismic engineering, and analyzes the comparison with traditional design methods. The results show that PBSD has significant advantages in improving the seismic performance of structures and reducing economic …

Abstract. This design focuses on the "Incubation Environment Detection System" and proposes a system that uses STM32 microprocessor as the microprocessor controller. It can collect real-time temperature and humidity data in the incubation room to obtain the hatching status of chicks. During the system's operation, it can control the temperature and humidity of the incubation room through fans and incandescent lamps. When the system detects that the temperature and humidity parameters in the incubation room exceed the warning value, it will immediately start the fan for cooling and dehumidification. When …

Abstract. This study explores the flow-induced vibration characteristics of composite tubing under the action of gas-liquid multiphase flow. Based on the Hamilton variational principle, the longitudinal-transverse coupling vibration control equation of the pipe string is established, which is solved by the Galerkin method and verified by the benchmark case. The parameter analysis shows that the stability of the system is affected by the internal flow velocity, gas content, fiber ply angle, bottom hole pressure and packer position. It is found that the critical velocity of multiphase flow is …

Abstract.Experimental study on the influencing factors of CO2 injection to enhance oil recovery in shale oil reservoirs using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology. The effects of action time, pressure, and temperature on enhanced oil recovery were analyzed based on the NMR T2 (transverse relaxation time) spectrum, and the oil displacement effect of CO2 on crude oil was observed through NMR images. Then, molecular dynamics simulation methods were used to study the interaction laws and mass transfer characteristics between crude oil and carbon dioxide under different conditions, and the results of …

Abstract. The excitation circuit of ultrasonic probe is the key and core part of the ultrasonic testing system. It ensures that the ultrasonic probe can work normally. It is a challenging design in ultrasonic testing technology, and its design quality affects the resolution and accuracy of the testing system. The piezoelectric crystal in the ultrasonic probe emits ultrasonic wave by piezoelectric effect to realize the conversion of voltage signal and stress signal. The waveform parameters of ultrasonic wave are positively correlated with the waveform parameters of voltage excitation signal. The same …

Abstract. To address the challenges of difficult gas extraction and outburst elimination in "three-soft" low-permeability outburst coal seams, a rapid strip outburst-elimination technology is proposed, which combines high-pressure nitrogen injection displacement in the bottom drainage roadway for promoting flow and enhancing permeability. This technology was experimentally studied in the upper bottom drainage roadway of 14205 working face in a coal mine. The experimental results show that after nitrogen injection displacement, the total gas flow rate from boreholes increases by an average of over three …

Abstract.During the process of seismic data acquisition, random noise is generated by the natural environment, electronic noise from acquisition instruments, and coupling issues. These noises are superimposed on the effective seismic signals, reducing the signal-to-noise ratio of the data and causing difficulties for subsequent processing and interpretation. Therefore, eliminating the interference of random noise is a particularly important step. In this regard, this paper proposes Complementary Enesemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise (CEEMDAN) combined Empirical Wavelet Transform …

Abstract.Curcumin belongs to a class of polyphenol compounds, and its source is the rhizome of turmeric (belonging to Zingiberaceae). This substance is the main component of turmeric releasing its own pharmacological activity. Pharmacological experiments have confirmed that It has anti-tumor, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, accompanied by high efficiency and low toxicity. It also has high clinical promotion value. This paper reviews the pharmacological research progress of curcumin, hoping to provide new ideas for its clinical application and further research.
